What is KWM? An ecumenical community of faith committed to living out Jesus discipleship in the workplaces of Kent, Medway, Bexley and Bromley. We are sure of Jesus’ invitation to learn from him how to live in God’s Divine rule, especially in places and processes of work, as well as places and with people where we live and worship. We are convinced that God’s love for the world includes where we do our daily work.

For organisation purposes KWM is a registered charity to explore and practice the role of religion in the workplace economy. To achieve this KWM is organised into three activities, we hope you will explore.

1.    Supporting people of faith at work - Christians-at-work

2.    Helping local faith communities engage actively in local economies - Churches-Faiths at-work.

3.    Developing chaplaincy ministries in workplaces - Chaplaincy-at-work
